APPROACH TO ACNE:
SPECIFICALLY FORMULATED ACNE PRODUCTS–  You will use skin care products that are specifically formulated for acneic skin and guaranteed to not clog your pores.

DIET/SUPPLEMENTS/MEDICATIONS– Together, we will try and figure out what is all contributing to your breakouts, not just the outside, but also from inside. People who are prone to acne have many things systemically going on which is where the detective work comes into play.  There are foods, which are known to cause problems to acne prone. We will also go over supplements that could be a problem/solution. Some medication (example: certain Birth Control Pills) can have a side effect that could be causing your problem.

LIFESTYLE– Some lifestyle can be a problem if you are acne prone. Are you a swimmer who is in the water with chlorine which can be a problem with acne prone?  Are you a football player and breakout on the face where the helmet touches?  We will go over what can be done to prevent and change in order to get your acne under control.

To Get Started:

 Schedule an Initial Acne Assesment & Treatment. (2 hours)

1. We will talk about what the Acne Bootcamp entails to decide if the program is right for you.
2. We will then determine your skin type, acne type and skin tolerance in order to develop a professional treatment plan and customized home care routine for you.
3. Next we will do a quick teatment in order to prep the skin for the new products you will be using on the program.
4. After the treatment we will go over aggravating factors that make you break out – foods, medications, cosmetics, stress, etc.

**Products are not included in the cost of the treatment. Expect to pay about $150 for your first set of acne products.**
