A credit card is required to hold your appointment therefore I ask all new clients to book online for their first appointments.


Arrival Time~

I recommend that you time your arrival for 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to orient yourself, unwind, and fill out any necessary forms. Because I operate by appointment only, I do not recommend that you arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment as I might not be available to greet you.

For late arrivals, your appointment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. If you require extra time, please notify me in advance.


Cancellation/No Show Policy~

Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

(PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance cannot be done online and must be done over the phone.)  


-LESS THAN 24 HR NOTICE: Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.  This includes cancelling part of a multi-appointment (an appointment with more than 1 service).


- NO SHOWS: No shows will be charged  75% of the reserved service amount.


-LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.


-A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
